Question:  ‘What kind of land is the site at Ballindalloch Muir on?’
Npower says:
‘a mixture of Peaty Gley.’

EVAG says:
Decimation of the Endrick Valley will be immense and will scar the land permanently. There will be roads and borrow pits.

It is considered that, because of the softness of the ground, piling will need to take place leading to disruption of natural water supplies.

Npower said at their meeting that both lots of forestry would be removed – ostensibly to improve wind flow   but npower have already said that this is an initial application therefore it is highly likely that more turbines will be proposed.
